Just a reminder that UK viewers are getting the chance to watch Series 3 of Weatherman Walking, the Welsh Coast. You can now see episodes on Sunday mornings on BBC2.

Filmed in 2020, not long after having Poppy, and with strict social distancing procedures, I present some fascinating features in three episodes of Weatherman Walking The Welsh Coast Series 3.

Tune in tomorrow, BBC2, 9am after Countryfile, for the next episode of Weatherman Walking  where Derek, Mo and I will be finding out more about one of my favourite areas on the Welsh coast – Deganwy to Llandudno.

I find out more about the ‘Queen of Welsh Piers’ by meeting up with two brilliant people I’ve worked with many times before – archaeologists and historians Dr Sian James and Dr Toby Driver, whose great-grandfather was the person who designed the beautiful, ornate metalwork on the pier.

The three episodes I join Derek in his walks around Wales are episodes 2, 5 and 8 which are all now available on iplayer here. You will also spot me at the beginning and end of the programmes in the intro and the wrap-up with the man himself, Derek the Weather!
