North Wales Castles Talk
On Saturday 24th February, I’m delighted to be back at the Flintshire Historical Society giving a talk all about North Wales Castles – one of my favourite subjects!

For those who know me, you know that castles are one of my first loves when it comes to heritage and archaeology. It helped that I lived under one for most of my life (no, not in a dungeon! Down the hill..!!) and even moved in for a while.

I’ve visited more than I can count, and each one has their own story to tell. Having worked at a huge number of Welsh castles too, I’m looking forward to sharing some of those stories next weekend.

Non-members are very welcome and there is no need to book. It will be held at 2.30 at St Peter’s Church, Rosehill, Holywell. Hope to see some of you there.
