History? HERstory!
Wonderful Women in Wales’ Past: A Special Talk at Hope Community Library
I’m excited to share that on Friday, March 7th, the evening before International Women’s Day and right in the heart of Women’s History Month, I’ll be giving a talk all about the remarkable women of Wales!
This event will be part of the First Friday Club at the wonderful Hope Community Library in Flintshire, and I can’t wait to dive into the stories of some incredible Welsh women who have shaped history in ways both big and small. From unsung heroes to famous figures, we’ll explore their achievements, struggles, and legacies.
Whether you’re a history buff or simply curious to learn more about the women who made Wales what it is today, I’d love to see you there! It’s a relaxed and friendly evening, and the library is such a welcoming place to gather.
