Oh my goodness, what a delight! This Sunday I was on the air with the truly lovely Lynn Bowles talking about one of my favourite subjects- castles.

Many of you will know and love Lynn Bowles from Radio 2 when, along with many a quip with Ken Bruce and the like, she helps many of us through a traffic jam or two each morning.

Those of us in Wales are doubly lucky, as she also has her own show on BBC Radio Wales. And this week I was completely and utterly honoured to be a guest.
