The Devil’s Bridge
At Devil’s Bridge near Aberystwyth there are three bridges built on top of one another.
It’s the earliest one that gives this location its name – it’s not just the bridge called Devil’s Bridge, it’s the small settlement here along with hotel, heritage railway and chocolate shop!
The story behind the name is a really unusual one, which I love. The devil, a dog and deceit… who could ask for more?!
