Weatherman Walking
You can now see the full episode of my walk with Derek the Weatherman on BBC’s Weatherman Walking on BBC iPlayer!
Back in 2009, Derek ‘the Weather’ Brockway joined me in Moel Famau Country Park for his BBC Wales show Weatherman Walking. We talked about monumental hillforts, ancient burial places, purple hills, the tower built for a king and, one of my favourite birds, black grouse, all within the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), on Moel Fenlli hillfort and north east Wales’ most iconic peak Moel Famau.
The show was repeated again on BBC this week so you can watch it on BBC iPlayer for about a month before it disappears again until it is next shown.
